Are you using your 5 Nodes Free license for Home or Business?
5 Nodes Free for Business
5 Nodes Free licenses are only permitted to be used for non-commercial purposes. 5 Nodes Free Business users can convert their license to a 3 Nodes Free license or purchase one of our Business plans instead.
Home and Student Licenses
Paid Home & Student licenses automatically renew on the day your license expires. If you have not received your automatic renewal by the expiry date, or have any questions about the process, please contact our team.
Business / Enterprise
Please select the type of Business / Enterprise license you are trying to renew from the following options:
Starter license holders
If you purchased your Starter license 10+ months ago, your subscription will not auto renew and you’ll need to purchase a new subscription via the Starter page on our website. If you’re unsure, please email us at: success@portainer.io and we’ll be happy to recommend the next steps.
Scale, Enterprise and Edge / IIoT license holders
