Portainer business support is for environments where Portainer is used as part of the everyday operations of a business container platform. The business support subscription gives you access to the team behind the Portainer code. We are ready to assist with anything Portainer: product issues, implementation questions or best practice. Portainer Business support gives you the peace of mind that comes from knowing the Portainer team is right behind you and your business.
Portainer offers three Business support offerings – Standard, Plus and Critical.
Business Support Plus is designed for those organizations that use Portainer in a production setting, but one where downtime, or disruptions can be tolerated. Support is available between 7am and 6pm in your time zone and offers a 4-hour response service level. Business Support Plus is accessed through email or our web-based service portal.
The annual subscription includes four named support contacts and is priced per container host. A minimum of four hosts applies.
