We are ready to assist with anything Portainer: product issues, implementation questions or best practice. It includes a 30-minute onboarding call to validate your Portainer configuration, as well a monthly scheduled service call to keep the team up to date.
It has a 4-hour response service level and is accessed through email or our web-based service portal.
The annual subscription includes ten named support contacts and is priced per container host. A minimum of ten hosts applies.
